The Week Ahead : September 15th - 19th 2025

Highlights: FOMC Decision, Conference season, META Connect

The Week Ahead

Earnings season is well and truly over. There is very little of note on the calendar this week regarding earnings. FDX & LEN are probably the biggest names of note.

Conference season is, however, in full swing. Notable this week that I’ve made a note of : AVAV CEO will deliver a keynote speech at RBC Global Conference September 17th @12:15pm EST.

Meta Connect will take place September 17th & 18th. This should have plenty of headlines from it on AI, infrastructure spend and possibly new products from META.

The big focus this week is the FOMC Decision on Wednesday. We will almost certainly get the 25bp rate cut as is widely expected. I’m looking at this as a possible sell the news event. Story stocks have been really going in the last week or so, lots of froth and euphoria. We may see the same Monday and Tuesday in the story names.

Nothing changes right now for me, concentrating as always on catalysts, great charts and delayed reactions. I am cautious this week however for some sort of pullback. Themes are very clear - Gold, Crypto, Datacenter/Infra, Biotech.

I’m currently holding: RCAT, IONS, SPAI, TSLA, PSTG, EQX, AEO, WULF, BMNR, PL, CYTK, MAZE, MDB

Improving Themes - Drones, Robotics, Quantum.

(After Market Close) - HITI, RLGT

Tuesday:

(After Market Close) - FLUX

Thursday:

(After Market Close) - LEN, FDX
