BTBD: Reverse Merger with a Private AI/Drone Tech company. all-stock merger with Aero Velocity, an AI-driven drone technology and services company. Aero Velocity will own ~89% of the combined entity, effectively executing a reverse merger into BTBD. The deal includes a $3–5M equity injection from Aero Velocity shareholders. The combined company will be renamed Aero Velocity Inc. This company was originally spun off from WKHS (which was a wild trading stock in 2020). LiDar Tech, Drone Tech. Market Awareness

Nice bounce yesterday. I don’t think we’re fully out of the woods but could turn out to be a nice shakeout event. GOOG obviously the big news over night, It’s leaning toward a big cap leading day.

I don’t see a lot of amazing standout catalysts so far. Conference season will be kicking off soon and we are still within a shortened week. I expect to see a lot more heavy hitting news next week.
