Taysha Gene Therapies announced that the FDA has granted Breakthrough Therapy designation for TSHA‑102, an AAV9 intrathecal gene therapy for Rett syndrome, based on the review of clinical evidence from Part A (12 patients) of its REVEAL Phase 1/2 trial. Nice Chart. Long Base. High Short Interest.

Market Awareness

There was no newsletter yesterday as I didn’t see any stocks that warranted speaking about. That being said existing names rallied nicely and there were a lot of breakouts (which isn’t really my setup). Some nice delayed reactions also trying to move. Noting that Drones are very much in the news again in EU in terms of Drone Wall and Drone Defence in Ukraine & EU.

We seem to be melting up here which is great but new setups that aren’t stretched are more difficult to find. I’m holding a lot of big winners so I have the ability to take an R loss on new names but also feel comfortable passing on a day where I don’t see anything new. Timeframes on new trades are likely going to be shorter here.
