Market Awareness

Cautious on new risk today. This is the 4th QQQ Gap up in a row. Highly likely we get a fade or shakeout soon. There are lots of names with good earnings and the market feels like it wants to go higher, however I think I need to be very selective and not chase any names.

Big stocks like NVDA (which I’m long) are trading like a Mid Cap. Gapping up several days in a row also. I’m trimming strength and protecting my gains while keeping myself exposed to the upside. I’m bringing my timeframe in on new positions and peeling faster in the short term. More selective.

Sources & Services I Use in my Trading:

PS: There are many ways to trade stocks in play. It does not have to be the one that keeps going straight up and sometimes it doesn’t even have to be day one of the catalyst. Everyone must find a setup, timeframe and method that works for them. This list is supposed to educate on the criteria I use and the methods in which I find Stocks in Play. Yours may differ and that is completely okay.
