Market Awareness
Nice reaction from NVDA, NQ is right at the top of the downward trendline. I still think looking a few days ahead we’re in chop mode for decent follow through at least. Let’s see if the market can hold here or we see a fade/narrowing of the names holding the gap up.

Today’s Picks
CRNC: Strong trifecta Beat and Raise, Strong beats on Revs, EPS, EBITDA & GMs. Strong FCF. The company provides automotive conversational AI (AI Powered Voice and UI for cars). IP Monetization and first shipping cars in 2026. Nice AI play. Chart in a range so needs power to push up and out. High Short Interest.
X-Ray CRNC: Industry Group: Software - Application, Market Cap: 343.09M, Float: 40.58M Short Interest 17.65%, Days to Cover: 4.15, Exchange: NASDAQ
WMT: Strong Beat and Raise, Strong FCF. Raised FY26, eCommerce acceleration. Strong Gross margins, Advertising accelerating 52% YoY Really nice long base chart, much slower mover but I like this one for a sustained move if it can get going here.
X-Ray WMT: Industry Group: Discount Stores, Market Cap: 802.15B, Float: 4.36B Short Interest 0.89%, Days to Cover: 2.34, Exchange: NYSE
NOTE: NVDA obviously may work here but I think sympathy plays might have more juice.

PS: There are many ways to trade stocks in play. It does not have to be the one that keeps going straight up and sometimes it doesn’t even have to be day one of the catalyst. Everyone must find a setup, timeframe and method that works for them. This list is supposed to educate on the criteria I use and the methods in which I find Stocks in Play. Yours may differ and that is completely okay.
