1) GOGO Inc. (GOGO) (Rating: A, Multi-Day)
Industry Group: Communications, Market Cap: $991m, Float: 63m, Short Interest: 37%, Days to Cover: 14.75, Exchange: NASDAQ
Catalyst: Strong Beat on EPS ($0.18 vs est. $0.10) Solid Beat on Revs, Reaffirmed FY25 Revs Guide (Which is way above estimates), Received FAA approval yesterday for Antenna that comps with Starlink. In a long Technical Base. Huge Short Interest and Days To Cover. This stock also has a lot of insider ownership so the actual float is much smaller than numbers show.
2) Transmedics Group. (TMDX) (Rating: B+, Single-Day)
Industry Group: Health Technology, Market Cap: $3.1b, Float: 32m, Short Interest: 27%, Days to Cover: 7.6, Exchange: NASDAQ
Catalyst: Huge Beat on EPS ($.70 vs est. $0.25), Solid Beat on Revs (Growing 48% YoY), Raised FY25 Revs Guide Above estimates. Surge in Net Income 111% YoY. KPIs expanding Service Rev Growth & Product Rev Growth experiencing strong growth. i short interest. The only negative is this stock has a habit of negative reversals in my experience.
Honorable Mention to:
TTD - Strong Beat on Revs & EPS. This is some what of a turn around after being badly punished for a big miss last Quarter. All KPIs look good, Retention rates & EBITDA. Guide is essentially inline. I still think it’s a good SIP today and potential for a sustained run as it is a Wall Street darling.
COIN/AFRM - I’m watching both of these from a technical perspective. Both had meh earnings but the technical setups are strong. Crypto is strong so Theme is there for COIN and AFRM signed a deal with CostCo. I think both are solid reversal candidates off key levels today.
Market Awareness
It has been a phenomenal week and past month. Always on a Friday I never want to go into the weekend in a bad mood. There is a lot of expectation of further Tariff Deal news over the weekend with reports of Chinese suppliers preparing to ramping back up supplies to the US. These reports sets an expectation for some sort of slashing of those Tariffs with a view to further negotiations.
With that in mind and it being Friday I am not looking to go wild today. We are still here at the $490 area waiting to Break Out. Concentrating on the individual names. There are FED Speakers today which may cause volatility but I don’t really see them saying anything too far from the prescribed text.

PS: There are many ways to trade stocks in play. It does not have to be the one that keeps going straight up and sometimes it doesn’t even have to be day one of the catalyst. Everyone must find a setup, timeframe and method that works for them. This list is supposed to educate on the criteria I use and the methods in which I find Stocks in Play. Yours may differ and that is completely okay.
