Honorable Mention to:

SOBR - Received EU Patent that was applied for in 2023 for a method and device for detecting alcohol emitted through the skin (transdermally), without requiring a breath sample. It leverages touch-based sensors to continuously or periodically detect alcohol levels. Micropcap and volatile stock. Up 60% Pre-Market. Has potential to run, and has done before but beware of the inevitable Stock Offering that they will definitely do.

RYTM - Rhythm Pharmaceuticals Announces Topline Results From Phase 2 Trial Showing Bivamelagon Achieved Statistically Significant And Clinically Meaningful BMI Reductions. Nice daily chart, Higher lows VCP, breaking out to all time highs, decent short interest and DTC. Low Volume Pre Market.

X-Ray: Industry Group: Biotechnology, Market Cap: 4.14B, Float: 58.19M Short Interest 8.18%, Days to Cover: 7.13, Exchange: NASDAQ, Inst Ownership: 487 total, 479 long only, 3 short only, 5 long/short - change of 11.95% MRQ

HIMS - Expansion into Canada. Always one to watch when it has news. $50 Key Level. This is likely not a catalyst that wasn’t already known but can move the stock regardless.

Market Awareness

There are several Macro events today - @ 10am EST US Wholesale Trade Sales/Inventories @2pm EST, 10 Year Treasury Auction @ 1pm, FOMC Minutes at 2PM EST. I have ZERO thoughts or insight into these events but I am aware of them that they could cause some volatility today. And I’m hoping that is the case.

Beware of shakes and whips today. Story stocks continue to be where it’s at while we wait for real companies to report earnings which is officially kicking off as usual with the banks next week. Nothing 5 Star Today so far in terms of catalyst. Some solid delayed Reactions still brewing. CRCL very much worth watching.
