I use Benzinga Pro (Essential) for 90% of my research each day. I have recently subscribed to a LIFETIME subscription for $1650. This is incredible value. If this is something you’d be interested in then shoot me an email ([email protected]) and I’ll put you in touch with the Rep to receive the agreed price. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.
Honorable Mention to:
AMOD : Alpha Modus Secures Exclusive U.S. Rights To CashX Kiosks, Targeting 20K Locations And $20M Monthly Revenue Potential. Good pre market action, low float, low market cap. Likely a good day trading stock today.
X-Ray AMOD: Industry Group: Software - Application, Market Cap: 16.04M, Float: 5.05M Short Interest 0.21%, Days to Cover: 0.03, Exchange: NASDAQ
HAS: Strong beat on earnings. Huge EPS Beat ($1.30 vs est. $0.76) Strong beat on revs, Raised Full year guide top and bottom. Stock is not moving pre market but I am watching to see if it breaks out of a nice daily chart pattern at the open.
X-Ray HAS: Industry Group: Leisure, Market Cap: 10.87B, Float: 131.74M Short Interest 3.30%, Days to Cover: 1.91, Exchange: NASDAQ
ABVX: Mentioning ABVX. Strong catalyst as Obefazimod met all clinical endpoints. Strong Analyst upgrades pre market. Stock has moved 500% pre market so not exactly early to the move but PTs from analysts are up at $100 so this does have potential to keep going. Not for the faint hearted from ehre.
X-Ray ABVX: Industry Group: Biotechnology, Market Cap: 634.70M, Float: 55.63M Short Interest 2.67%, Days to Cover: 3.57, Exchange: NASDAQ
Delayed Reaction Watchlists:
Market Awareness
We’re at the stage of the cycle where stocks are squeezing just because. No catalysts. You see this morning DNUT, GPRO and yesterday KSS. It gets difficult for me around here as I don’t rely on scanners intraday. I pick my stocks prior to open for the most part and I really want catalysts (regardless of how spurious they are).
I remain cautious here about new open risk or attempting swings that don’t have good padding on Day one. We have the two major earnings tonight with GOOG and TSLA. They have the potential to move the market tomorrow.
Trading conservatively here and want to see myself take less trades than normal on the day but understanding that we can continue to go wild here. No point in trying to fight it!

PS: There are many ways to trade stocks in play. It does not have to be the one that keeps going straight up and sometimes it doesn’t even have to be day one of the catalyst. Everyone must find a setup, timeframe and method that works for them. This list is supposed to educate on the criteria I use and the methods in which I find Stocks in Play. Yours may differ and that is completely okay.
