Honorable Mention to: CGON - Biotech, positive data. Conference call at 8am EST. Some analyst upgrades also. High Short interest 20%, 10 Days to Cover, 40m float. May sell off on the Conference call but looks like a strong SIP candidate today.
NNE - Won a court case dismissal today. Not much of a catalyst but as a story stock I am watching it closely to see if it breaks higher. Chart looks good and this one can really move. High Short Interest and Low float.
Market Awareness
Muted open looks likely today. No rush to do anything immediately. I am always patient on a Monday morning open. Let's see what the day brings. Big week. Nothing standout this morning in terms of news or catalysts. Will be focusing on the SIPs I’ve chosen today.

PS: There are many ways to trade stocks in play. It does not have to be the one that keeps going straight up and sometimes it doesn’t even have to be day one of the catalyst. Everyone must find a setup, timeframe and method that works for them. This list is supposed to educate on the criteria I use and the methods in which I find Stocks in Play. Yours may differ and that is completely okay.
