Market Condition: Narrow Market. Difficult.
Commentary: Current market environment is nasty. Breakouts are all failing, catalysts are few and follow through is poor. Less is more and I am getting less optimistic at the moment. Defensive posture managing secondary trades on shorter timeframes and hitting singles. Not taking losses needlessly.
Gapping up this morning. Let’s see if the market can follow through and individual stocks can push or if we continue this tepid bounce. If you are struggling then this is a perfect market to just sit out or size way down.

Why: Sector move on the Member Plans Rating release. CLOV is also moving on the same news. However from my understanding this is more of a Turnaround event for HUM than it is for CLOV despite HUM being a far bigger company. Humana is going from about 1.2 million, or 20%, of its members in plans rated 4 stars and above for 2026 to 95%. Nice Daily & Weekly Chart. Market conditions choppy.
