Trading Services I Use in my Trading:

StockAnalysis.com - I’ve been using Stock Analysis as a super cheap but reliable method of looking at New and Upcoming IPOs, Earnings Calendars and most notably KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Stock Analysis allows you to view the KPIs for many companies with up to date metrics and segments that you can cross reference against Earnings Results. This is incredibly important when understanding what metrics move a stock. At $65 per year it’s a no brainer. They’ve given me a discount code if you use IRISHBORNINVESTOR they will give you another 10% Off.

Situational Awareness

Market Condition: Closed Above 10/20EMA, Gap Down Open, VIX still holding above $20

Commentary: Strong day yesterday. Market looking more productive and looking more like the individual positions we have that have held strong. I’m still being cautious today as I think we’re more than capable of have a shakeout event occur. My positions are holding strong. Watching the stocks named below. Conservative on size of new positions as the catalysts aren’t groundbreaking.

Upcoming Earnings:
After Hours: COST, GAP, AMBQ, GEVO, COO, LCTX, AMPY

Trade Updates:

Current Positions: FSLY, DELL, GLW, INNV, NKTR, PVLA, YOU, ROIV, CRLC, UAMY

In Play

AMPX:  Strong Earnings and KPIs

Key Metrics: Industry Group: Electrical Equipment & Parts, Market Cap: 1.64B, Float: 111.08M, Short Interest: 15.34%, Days to Cover: 2.33, Sales Y/Y TTM: 234.14%, EPS Y/Y TTM: 42.67%, Earnings: Mar 04 AMC, Exchange: NASDAQ

Catalyst: Revenue surged 137% YoY to a record quarter, gross margin turned sharply positive at 24%, Normalized Q4 net loss of just $(1.9)M marks a near-breakeven print. First-ever positive non-GAAP Adjusted EBITDA of $1.8M achieved. 2026 guidance of ≥$125M revenue with near-profitability represents a credible commercial inflection narrative.

Had this flagged from the weekend. Good chart. In Theme (They provide batteries to drone tech). High Short Interest.

CEO Tom Stepien: "Growing demand from existing customers, new program wins, and improved execution across our manufacturing partners drove strong momentum throughout the year."

ALTO:  Turnaround Inflection

Key Metrics: Industry Group: Specialty Chemicals, Market Cap: 201.09M, Float: 67.50M, Short Interest: 1.31%, Days to Cover: 0.84, Sales Y/Y TTM: -8.00%, EPS Y/Y TTM: -35.86%, Earnings: Mar 04 AMC, Exchange: NASDAQ

Catalyst: Large profitability swing driven by higher crush margins, renewable fuel exports, 45Z tax credit recognition, and structural cost actions. Revenue light vs. consensus but irrelevant against a $63.5M net income improvement. Full-year return to profitability confirmed.

Good chart. This made a big move last earnings which is why I’m looking at it again here as the turnaround seems to be continuing to execute. Good price action pre market.

CEO McGregor: "The fourth quarter capped a year of strong execution and marked a pivotal milestone in our strategic realignment."

BURL:  Strong Earnings and KPIs

Key Metrics: Industry Group: Apparel Retail, Market Cap: 20.20B, Float: 62.46M, Short Interest: 4.02%, Days to Cover: 3.03, Sales Y/Y TTM: 6.80%, EPS Y/Y TTM: 20.46%, Earnings: Mar 05 BMO, Exchange: NASDAQ

Catalyst: Beat on both revenue and earnings, with comparable store sales more than doubling the top end of guidance (KPI) and gross margin expansion exceeding prior-quarter trajectory. Full-year FY2026 guidance above the prior preliminary guide. GMs durable vs Tariffs. 2026 Store opening Acceleration.

Nice chart base going back over a year. Has been basing above $300. Clear pivot at $320 area here.
