Trading Services I Use:
StockAnalysis.com - I’ve been using Stock Analysis as an affordable but reliable method of looking at New and Upcoming IPOs, Earnings Calendars and most notably KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Stock Analysis allows you to view the KPIs for many companies with up to date metrics and segments that you can cross reference against Earnings Results. This is incredibly important when understanding what metrics move a stock. At $65 per year it’s a no brainer. They’ve given me a discount code if you use STOCKSINPLAY they will give you another 10% Off.
Situational Awareness:
Market Condition: Slightly Down, Flat
Commentary:
Not much happening in the market this morning. All eyes will be on NVDA and other tech names tonight I guess. Yesterday was a relatively tame day in the market I think today may be the same with NVDA probably being the mover tomorrow depending on how they do.
In Play
TH: New Multi-Year Contract
Key Metrics TH:
Industry Group: Specialty Business Services, Market Cap: 1.83B, Float: 50.40, Short Interest: 7.87%, Days to Cover: 3.01, Earnings: 8/10/2026 8:30:00 AM, Exchange: NCM
Catalyst:
TH signed a multi-year lease-and-services contract on August 19, 2026 to house ~1,100 workers for an unnamed top-five hyperscaler’s Pecos, West Texas data-center project; ~$250 million of revenue expected through August 2030.
TH was a nice winner for me previously. The chart looks good here. Solid Contract announcement. Maybe not a big shock to the market but they also added a nice Guidance raise today whilst not changing CAPEX.
FY26 revenue: $435–$445 million, from $410–$420 million (+6% at the midpoint).
FY26 Adj. EBITDA: $105–$115 million, from $85–$95 million (+22% at the midpoint).
FY26 capex: unchanged at $490–$510 million, excluding acquisitions.
2027-exit annualized targets, existing portfolio only: revenue >$750 million and Adj. EBITDA >$300 million, up from >$700 million / >$260 million at Q2.
TH provide temporary/modular accommodation so are definitely a secondary AI winner without any of the tech. Low vol pre market which is a negative but definitely my focus this morning. Needs volume at the open for sure.
