Today in Focus: ARM

Trading Services I Use in my Trading:

StockAnalysis.com - I’ve been using Stock Analysis as an affordable but reliable method of looking at New and Upcoming IPOs, Earnings Calendars and most notably KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Stock Analysis allows you to view the KPIs for many companies with up to date metrics and segments that you can cross reference against Earnings Results. This is incredibly important when understanding what metrics move a stock. At $65 per year it’s a no brainer. They’ve given me a discount code if you use IRISHBORNINVESTOR they will give you another 10% Off.

Situational Awareness

Market Condition: Market Under all MAs, VIX Holding

Commentary: We’re still trapped in News driven market. One day up, one day down. By way of natural selection (stop outs and trim signals) my net exposure has dropped considerably. I still see several good charts and remain cautiously bullish overall.

It’s difficult to ignore all the Trump bombs and obviously we must be aware of it but at this stage it is important to concentrate on price action. T2108 ventured as low as 16 but can still go lower in the short term.

As always during difficult markets I’m monitoring the VIX.

In Play

ARM:  Announced new AGI CPU Chip

Key Metrics ARM: Industry Group: Semiconductors, Market Cap: 157.83B, Float: 1.06B, Short Interest: 1.39%, Days to Cover: 2.45, Sales Y/Y TTM: 26.45%, EPS Y/Y TTM: -2.03%, Earnings: Feb 04 AMC, Exchange: NASDAQ

Catalyst: Arm Holdings announced the AGI CPU, its first ever in-house data center chip, designed specifically for agentic AI inference workloads. This marks a fundamental business model pivot: for years Arm has operated as the "Switzerland of chips," licensing IP to Nvidia, Qualcomm, and others. The company simultaneously issued a 5-year financial roadmap: $15B in annual revenue from the AGI CPU alone by 2031, total revenue of $25B. Versus just over $4B in annual revenue in 2025, representing a 6x lift.

Nice base. Similar vibes to DELL to me. Think this can work well from here if the market is willing. Nice area to pivot at $150 to anchor against today.

Delayed Reaction/Continuation Watchlist:
