Market Condition: Gap Down Market, Bearish

Commentary:

Oil is rising, 10Y Rising, VIX rising, Market dropping. The absolute best thing you can do today unless you are a day trader is to just turn the computer off and go do something else. I think we are about to see an acceleration to the downside occur. This would be great.

Either way conditions are not right for swing trading. With all that said I’m off to assemble an Ikea couch.
