Market Condition: Weak/Bouncing

Commentary: Market gapping up this morning. Broad bounce. Whether that follows through or fades later today remains to be seen. TQQQ or SOXL aren't options for me into this gap up. Despite the rally in tech names the charts are still quite broken. This megatech earnings this week and the reactions will give us some more information.

On Friday two bounce signals flashed in the 20% Bullish/Bearish Study. 20% Bullish < 10 Stocks and the 20% Bearish > 100. You can see below that this reading is prone to being follows by at least a short term rally in stocks.

Note this is an NYSE stock so they tend to trend badly right at the open. Careful with spreads.

Level: $14 and $13.50 are the areas of interest for me today.

XBI -6.2% on the week and -8.8% on the month, under its 50-day. The sector tailwind is gone for now. Reactions have to prove themselves.
