Market Condition: Flat Open, Patience

Commentary:

Solid selling yesterday. It still feels like a shakeout to me. My account was actually up for the day yesterday with the names we were in. The people that got smashed yesterday were, in my opinion, those with bad entries chasing former leaders. So for now I’m not concerned. If we start to break below 20EMAs then yeah sure then I’m pressing the brake in a big way.

No follow through so far on Yields, Oil, Dollar or VIX. This is positive.

The last couple of days there haven’t been any 5* Setups which likely kept us out of trouble while allowing us to hold our strongest winners. NBIS which was a delayed entry for me was a stop out for a small profit. I stand by my initial read that neither this or CRWV were Episodic Pivots. That being said for a short duration it would have been a good trade.

The only obvious stock to look at today is MRNA on their Positive Trial with MRK. This is huge news but the stock reaction has very much reflected that with a massive 100% move in the pre market. Maybe it can work but I think entry and risk are difficult here. I do think the stock can certainly have follow through.

There is a case to be made to look at LABU as a better vehicle for overall Bullishness and attention on Biotech sector which is at a nice spot on it’s chart.

Overall I wouldn’t be falling over yourself to buy this today but if you are looking to trade it then I would be careful about profit taking near the open.

Don’t see anything else. I will be likely just managing positions today.
