Situational Awareness

Market Condition: All Time Highs, Improving Breadth/Washed Out

Commentary: Typical Monday morning opening. Not a lot going on. I don’t see any catalysts or setups I’m particularly interested in this morning. Relatively quiet weekend. Let’s see how the market progresses today. CPI and PPI this week so we may chop until then.

Bank earnings start tomorrow morning. This marks the beginning of earnings season and a very heavy work flow for a catalyst trader for the next few weeks. I think this season will have some proper Earnings Catalysts so it’s imperative we stay fresh to capitalize on those. Don’t go seeking out trades. The best ones are blatantly obvious.
